OPCOM Group operates OPCOM Farm and OPCOM Care brands. In these terms, "OPCOM," "OPCOM Farm," "OPCOM Care," and "we" refer to OPCOM Group. "You" refers to the purchaser. These terms apply to all online purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may modify these terms periodically.

  1. Pricing
  2. The price of products is based on the price at the time we receive your order. Prices may change occasionally. If there is a pricing error on the website, we will notify you before shipping the product. All prices are in USD/RMB and exclude sales tax and shipping fees.

  5. Your order must be placed using the order form provided on the website, and all required information must be completed for order processing. All orders are subject to acceptance by OPCOM Group.

  8. OPCOM stores are responsible for the quality of OPCOM products. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased directly from an OPCOM store, we offer a 30-day return policy with a credit refund (from the purchase date).

  10. OPCOM Group Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, OPCOM Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or the purchase or use of products, even if OPCOM Group or its representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, OPCOM Group's total liability for damages, losses, and causes of action will not exceed the amount you paid for the products on this website.

  15. You agree that any dispute between us will be governed by law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceedings will be in the appropriate federal or state courts.

Return Policy

 

OPCOM is responsible for the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased directly from OPCOM stores, we offer a 30-day return policy with a credit refund (from the purchase date), with the following exceptions:
 

  1. Exceptions
    Our 30-day return policy does not cover the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective: clearance and refurbished products, opened items such as software, planting supplies, LED lights, adapters, and cables.

  3. Return Instructions
    All returned items must be in new condition and retain original packaging. Any manuals, accessories, and/or supplies must be returned with the product. If the returned product is incomplete or in a less-than-original condition, we reserve the right to charge a 15% service fee, deducted directly from your credit card. To request a return, you will need a return order number and instructions: please contact OPCOM Group customer service (Phone: +886-2-8221-7000) during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM CST (GMT+8). Follow the return instructions provided by the customer service representative to return the package to our California facility within seven days, using a prepaid, insured, and trackable method to ensure safe delivery. OPCOM is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse.

  5. Refunds
    Refunds will be processed and credited to your credit card within two weeks of receiving the return. The credit may appear on your statement within two billing cycles. If you wish to confirm the refund sooner, please contact your credit card issuer. The refund amount includes the product price plus tax (if applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

  7. Manufacturer Warranty Information
    Many OPCOM Group products come with a limited manufacturer's warranty. Warranty information is displayed on the product description page on the website for your review before purchase. For warranty information and assistance after purchase, please refer to your product documentation or relevant purchase website.
     
  8. Payment Disputes
    In the event of a payment dispute, OPCOM Group may exercise any lawful remedies. Without limiting the previous sentence, if your credit card issuer refuses payment, we may cancel the order or delay shipment. We may also deduct any amount you owe to OPCOM Group or its affiliates from any amount payable to you. We are also entitled to all reasonable collection costs, including attorney's fees.
