Accountant/Administrative Specialist

  • Job Description:
    • Review expenses and cost data, voucher bookkeeping, handle accounts receivable/payable, tax filings, accounting processing, report preparation and review, financial statement analysis, tax and withholding declarations, complete tasks assigned by supervisors, and administrative tasks in general affairs and HR.
  • Requirements:
    • No specific requirements for work experience, education, major, or language skills. Must be independent, proactive, and possess good communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and knowledge in tax filings, bookkeeping, accounting, and report preparation.

Onboarding Training

New employees will attend onboarding training to learn about the company, meet supervisors and team members, and familiarize themselves with the work environment and responsibilities.
